Twin Birds is a fast-growing apparel brand, known for high-quality essentials manufactured at scale. As their user base and order volume increased, their internal processes—especially around order management, inventory tracking, and communication—became difficult to manage.
To support their rapid expansion, Twin Birds needed a digital system that could simplify day-to-day operations, reduce manual errors, and give their team a clearer overview of workflow activities across departments.
Goal
The goal was to streamline operational workflows by replacing scattered manual tasks with a centralized, easy-to-use platform. The system needed to help teams track orders, update statuses, monitor production progress, and collaborate more efficiently.
Twin Birds wanted tools that were intuitive for daily use, scalable as the brand grows, and capable of reducing dependency on spreadsheets and fragmented communication channels.
CHALLENGES

Through close observation of internal workflows, we mapped how orders flowed from one team to another. This helped us identify where information was getting lost or delayed.

DESIGN PROCESS
Each module—Production, QC, Packaging, Dispatch—was designed around the tasks the team performs most often.
